Author Visit on Tuesday, January 13th

Next week on Tuesday, January 13th, Author Kevin Miller will be joining our Grade 3-6 classes for author workshops!

Kevin Miller is an award-winning novelist and filmmaker. His debut novel, "Up the Creek!", has sold over 50,000 copies and has spent over 17 weeks at the top of Amazon.com's Canadian Literature best-seller list. Over the past 28 years, Kevin has applied his craft to a wide range of projects, including feature films, documentaries, novels, non-fiction books, and comic books.

In addition to writing, he also teaches extensively on creating writing and screenwriting, doing workshops at dozens of schools across Western Canada each year.

 

While Kevin is here he will have some of his books for sale. They will range from $2-$12 each, or $5-$75 for full sets.

Also, Monday-Friday January 12-16, our library will be holding a discard book sale for 25¢ each. The sale will be held during morning recess break.
